AUTOMATION TECH S.R.L., with registered office in Asti – Via del Lavoro 98 – 14100, represented by its legal representative ANTONINO PROIETTO as data controller, informs pursuant to art. 13 et seq. of EU Reg. 679/2016 (GDPR) that personal data, including special categories of data, voluntarily provided will be processed according to the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality and rights, in full compliance with current personal data protection legislation.

Purpose of processing and legal basis

Data processing, in accordance with art. 6 paragraph 1 lett. B) GDPR, is aimed at carrying out the contractual relationship established with the Controller.

Processing will take place for the following purposes:

• Purpose: administrative
• Legal basis: execution of a contract or pre-contractual activities
• Retention period/criteria: as required by law

Processing will always be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of the confidentiality and rights of data subjects.

Mandatory or optional nature of providing data

Given the purposes of processing described above, providing data is mandatory; failure to provide data, or partial or incorrect data, may result in the contract not being finalized.

Recipients or categories of recipients

Personal data will be processed by the data controller and by persons strictly authorized by the controller.

Categories of third parties to whom the data, or part of it, may be communicated:

• Consultants and professionals, including in associated form;
• Banks;
• Public bodies (communications required by law).

Data will not be disseminated.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (for Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

Rights of data subjects

The rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability under Articles 15-20 of EU Reg. 2016/679 may be exercised at any time by sending an email to automationtech@automationtech.eu.

Automated decision-making

Processing does not involve automated decision-making.

Transfer of data to a third country or international organization

The data controller will not transfer personal data to a third country or to an international organization.
