Drilling Tech was born from the collaboration between SDProget and Automation Tech, the drilling and milling unit that allows you to prepare:
- internal plates of electrical panels for fixing components
- external panels for fixing push-buttons, lamps, operator panels, instruments, fans, air conditioners, etc...
- boxes and containers for fixing cable glands, connectors, etc...
With the SPAC Automazione software it will be possible to go directly from the project to the machine by sending the drilling process.
Technical specifications
The unit receives the processing instructions from the SPAC Automazione diagrams in an Industry 4.0 perspective.
The machine is capable of carrying out drilling, milling and tapping operations on unalloyed steel and stainless steel sheets up to 3mm thick.
The maximum dimensions of the sheet metal/plate that can be worked are 2000x1200 mm with a 90° turn and a nominal overall thickness of 10mm (maximum 20mm). It is possible to increase the overall thickness of the plate, including the flap, by decreasing the tool protrusion.
The machine axes are managed by brushless motors with encoders, guides with recirculating ball carriages and ball screws.
The basic spindle is asynchronous.
Possible optional with synchronous spindle for thread management and increased performance.
Max solid drilling: 10mm on alloy steel and 6mm on stainless steel.
Max cutter: diameter 12mm on alloy steel and diameter 10 on stainless steel.
Plate locking on the work surface using irreversible locking levers with adjustable position and contrast plugs.
